Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thecomfortcatalog.com with the subject "Return for ::YOUR NAME::". Items will be returned to a different address than they were shipped out from.

All items come with a 30 day money back guarantee.
Returned items must be undamaged and in the same condition that it was received, in the original packaging.

Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for any return.

Refunds

Once your return is processed into our return warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the item has been received. A refund will be processed to your original form of payment. The refund generally takes 3-5 days to process.
